INNOVIS Spanish Program

In the interconnected and diverse modern world the ability to speak other languages becomes more and more important with every day. Especially within the last few years Spanish has developed to a second world language next to English. Neither is English spoken in so many countries as a native language as Spanish. 

INNOVIS offers courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced students in General Spanish, Intensive Spanish, Spanish for Professional Purposes and “Survival” Spanish.

The courses take place in a warm and friendly atmosphere in small groups of max. 4 students to guarantee success- and joyful studies. The small group size enables you to interact intensively with the teacher and co-students which intensifies the learning process. We also offer private classes based on a tailor-made program to meet your specific needs.

The student is placed in an adequate level by a placement test on the day of inscription. The results of the placement test serves to determine your current knowledge of Spanish and to assign you in an appropriate level of instruction. Your progress will be constantly monitored.

By giving a questionnaire within the registration form the teacher is able to develop the lessons by adding topics of your professional and personal interest and necessities. In this way the classes are created in a personal, individual and interesting way.

The lessons take place on a communicational base to assure the student’s facility and skills in interacting with the local people and their culture instantly. Our tailor-made program was designed to assure that you learn language skills, which are close to real life situations and which you can use immediately. We also use audiovisual aids to ensure an exciting and vivid learning process.

Activities

As an additional service for you we offer special activities every week. In these activities you have the opportunity to acquire knowledge about Costa Rica, its people, history and culture. The participation is optional. For example

As a “full-immersion-program” we offer the option to stay with one of our well chosen Costa Rican families. This gives you the opportunity to get an insight into the daily life and customs of a Costa Rican family.

The most important aspect is that the homestay allows you to use your recently acquired Spanish – the best method to internalize and practice the learned knowledge.

Your host family provides you with your own bedroom, laundry service and two meals daily.
